Floor Maintenance
Floor Stripping, Waxing & Hard Surface Care
Commercial floor programs that bring dull, scuffed hard surfaces back to a deep, even shine — and keep them that way between services.
What this service covers
Floors take the most abuse in any commercial building and they're the first thing people notice. We strip off old, yellowed finish, deep clean the surface, and lay down fresh coats of commercial-grade wax for a durable, uniform shine.
Beyond the annual strip and wax, we run maintenance programs — scrubbing, buffing, and burnishing — that protect your investment and delay the next full restoration.

FAQ
Common questions
How often should commercial floors be stripped and waxed?
Most commercial floors need a full strip and wax once or twice a year, with buffing or burnishing in between. High-traffic entrances and retail floors often need it more often.
How long does the floor need to stay closed?
A typical strip and wax needs the area clear overnight so the finish can cure. We schedule after hours or over a weekend so you open on time.
What floor types do you work on?
VCT, vinyl, linoleum, sealed concrete, tile and grout, and most other hard surfaces found in commercial buildings.
Can you maintain floors between strips?
Yes. Many clients put us on a recurring buffing and scrubbing program, which stretches the life of the finish and keeps the shine consistent.
